Shipping policy

SHIPPING WITHIN MAINLAND USA


All orders to be delivered to addresses within mainland USA are shipped for free. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays but tracking information will generally be sent to you within 2 business days of the date you ordered from us. Although your item may ship out on schedule, it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us.


Upon delivery, you must be present for delivery to unload and inspect the packages for damage or missing parts. Please do not sign for the delivery prior to opening and inspecting the contents of the packages. This includes making sure all items listed on the delivery receipt are actually present, and also that any packaging and items that are damaged, have been noted on the receipt.


If condition and quantity of your freight is acceptable, the driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt. The driver will give you a copy, and take the original signed copy as proof of delivery. A signed delivery receipt without exceptions noted on the delivery receipt is called a clear delivery. Clear delivery means that there were no shortages and no visible damage at the time of delivery and the transaction is complete. Signing the delivery receipt without noting any damages waives your right to any replacements or refunds due to shipping damage.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING TO OUTER USA


Typically we don't ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, but feel free to contact us for an exception (and shipping quote).


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
